The Online Flag Selling Fundraising Campaign ("Campaign") is one of the initiatives organised by AVS. Interested individuals/organisations may register as an Online Flag Selling Volunteer, order gold flag and make cash donation during the Campaign period, from 21 April to 15 July:

Interested individuals / organisatons should register as Online Flag Selling Volunteers. By using a valid email address. Each participant will receive a unique online flag bag link through the registered email address, which can be shared via Email, WhatsApp, WeChat or other social media platforms to raise funds. All funds raised via the website will be directly credited to the AVS's accounts.

• All participants’ personal data will be used for the campaign, including but not limited to communications and campaign administration purposes.
• AVS reserves the right to terminate or cancel the campaign at its discretion.
• In case of any dispute, AVS's decision shall be final.
• All donations are non-refundable.

About "Top Fundraiser Award (Online)" and "Most Powerful Team Award (Online)"

• Individuals / organisations who successfully register as Online Flag Selling Volunteers will be considered as participants in the competition for the "Top Fundraiser Award (Online)" and/or the "Most Powerful Team Award (Online)".
• The system automatically tracks and updates all volunteer/team fundraising totals on the online leaderboard. No ranking notifications will be sent.
• Donations and volunteer numbers will be counted under the same name/organisation. Donors must enter the volunteer/team's flag bag number in the 'Donation Remarks' field; otherwise, the donation will not be counted toward their total.
• Fundraising results will be calculated based on a single E-Flag Bag.
